1. Who we are

Juggle is operated by Flynn Enterprises Pte. Ltd., registered in Singapore. We can be contacted at hello@juggle-hub.com.

2. What information we collect

We collect:

• Account information: your name and email address when you sign up.
• Family information: your children's first names, school names, year levels, and class details that you choose to provide.
• Schedule information: events, meals, activities, and reminders you add or that are extracted from communications you share with us.
• Communications content: the text of emails, messages, and documents you forward or upload to Juggle for processing.
• Usage information: how you use the app, which features you use, and when.

What we do NOT collect:

• Children's photos
• Precise location data
• Financial information beyond what is necessary to process your subscription
• Any data directly from children — Juggle is for parents only

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide the Juggle service
• Extract and organise schedule information from communications you share with us
• Send your daily morning briefing
• Send service emails such as subscription confirmations
• Improve the accuracy of our AI extraction for your family

We do NOT use your information to:

• Sell to third parties
• Target advertising
• Train general AI models on your private family data
• Share with any third party except as described below

4. AI processing

Juggle uses Claude, an AI developed by Anthropic, to read and extract information from communications you share with us. Content you send to Juggle (emails, documents, voice notes) is processed by Claude to identify dates, events, and schedule information. Anthropic's privacy policy governs how they handle this data. We do not use your family's content to train AI models.

5. Children's information

Juggle is designed for use by parents and guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Information about children (names, school details, schedules) is entered by and visible only to their parent or guardian and any family members they explicitly invite to share their account.

We treat information about children with extra care:

• Children's data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Only invited family members can access your family's data
• We do not share children's information with any third party
• You can delete all children's information at any time from Settings

6. Data sharing

We share your data with:

• Anthropic: to process content you send us using Claude AI
• Postmark: to receive emails you forward to your Juggle address
• Resend: to send you emails from Juggle
• Stripe: to process subscription payments
• Supabase/Lovable: our database and hosting infrastructure

We do not sell your data. Ever.

7. Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. When you delete your account:

• All family and children's data is permanently deleted within 30 days
• Processed email content is deleted after 30 days regardless
• Raw email content is deleted after 7 days
• Subscription records are retained for legal and tax purposes for 7 years

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (right to be forgotten)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Restrict how we process your data
• Object to processing

9. Singapore PDPA

Juggle complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Our Data Protection Officer can be contacted at hello@juggle-hub.com.

10. GDPR (EU and UK users)

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to your data. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the Juggle service). You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11. Australian Privacy Act

If you are located in Australia, we comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.

12. Cookies

Juggle uses only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. You cannot opt out of essential cookies as they are required for the app to function. See our Cookie Policy for details.
